By accessing Claim Forge Plus, enrolling in our courses, or booking coaching sessions, you agree to the following policies.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Use of Services
    • You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only.
    • Content, materials, and resources provided by Claim Forge Plus may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
  2. Educational Purpose Only
    • Claim Forge Plus is not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
    • Information provided is for educational purposes and should not be considered legal, financial, or medical advice.
    • Claim Forge Plus cannot guarantee claim approval.
  3. Payments and Refunds
    • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
    • Refunds are governed by our No Refund Policy listed below.
  4. Rescheduling Policy
    • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Sessions canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will not be refunded.
  5. Intellectual Property
    • All materials, guides, and resources provided by Claim Forge Plus are the property of Claim Forge Plus.
    • Unauthorized sharing or reproduction is prohibited.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    • Claim Forge Plus is not responsible for VA claim outcomes, delays, or decisions made by the VA.
    • We are not liable for damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use of our services.

No Refund Policy

  • Master the VA Claim Process Course: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access is granted.
  • VA Claim Coaching Session:
    • 50% refund if canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
    • No refund if canceled within 24 hours of the session or for no-shows.
